Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If v98apk identifies that a Member holds multiple accounts — whether in the same name or through associated details such as shared IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or verified identity — all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
3.2 — Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
3.3 — Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security of your v98apk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. v98apk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any wager placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach.
3.4 — Account Currency

KYC verification may be requested at any point during a Member's lifecycle on the Platform, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, when a cumulative withdrawal threshold is reached, or at v98apk's discretion if any suspicious account activity is identified.

4.4 — Consequences of Failed Verification
If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if the documentation provided reveals ineligibility (e.g., age under 21, sanctioned individual, or false identity), v98apk reserves the right to close the account and return net deposits (after deduction of any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play) to the original payment method where practically possible.

5.2 — Deposit Processing
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to the Member's account instantly or within a maximum of 5 minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. v98apk does not charge deposit fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
5.3 — Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by v98apk within an average of 3 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed at the next available opportunity. v98apk does not charge withdrawal fees; however, the receiving bank or e-wallet may apply its own transaction charges.
5.4 — Withdrawal Restrictions

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). v98apk does not perform currency conversions. If your bank or e-wallet applies a conversion charge, that charge is the sole responsibility of the Member.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Balances are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on games that are excluded from bonus play, or on mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets with odds below the minimum threshold stated in the promotion terms, will not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
6.3 — Bonus Expiry
All Bonus Balances carry an expiry date. Any Bonus Balance and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in the Member's account dashboard.
6.4 — Abuse Prevention
v98apk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, and the use of low-risk mathematical strategies to clear bonus funds. Where abuse is identified, v98apk reserves the right to void the Bonus Balance, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
7.1 — Sportsbook
All sportsbook wagers, including pre-match bets, in-play bets, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market on the Platform. In the event of a technical error, manifest odds error, or premature settlement, v98apk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. Markets on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other competitions listed on the sportsbook are subject to the applicable competition's official results as the definitive settlement reference.
7.2 — Casino Games
All casino games available on the Platform — including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, slot games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, and other certified studios, keno draws, and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as stated by each game studio and are available in the individual game information panels.
7.3 — Errors and Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any event that prevents a game or bet from being completed as intended, v98apk's liability is limited to returning the relevant stake to the Member's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
7.4 — Disconnections
v98apk is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections, device failures, or any other connectivity issues on the Member's side. Where a live casino game is interrupted by a server-side issue confirmed by v98apk, the relevant hand or round will be voided and stakes returned.

v98apk's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude v98apk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 — By v98apk
v98apk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:
Upon suspension for breach, v98apk may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
12.2 — By the Member
Members may close their account at any time by contacting v98apk's support team at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of any unmet Wagering Requirements on Bonus Balances) will be processed as a final withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC requirements outlined in Clause 4.
12.3 — Self-Exclusion
Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion directly through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, v98apk will provide reasonable notice of the change via a notification displayed on the Platform or sent to the email address registered on the Member's account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.2 prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which v98apk is licensed and regulated internationally.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and v98apk, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through v98apk's internal complaints process as described in Clause 15. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.
